**RESIDENTS: Please make sure that trash carts are facing in the correct position and are at least 3 feet away on all sides from obstructions (cars, mail boxes, etc) for trash pickup. Those who are in violation will not have their trash picked up that week.**

They also maintain the local brush disposal/mulch pit and large item dump where residents can bring large items to be disposed of as well as the Recycling Center. When residents recycle, it helps the City to save money and keeps trash out of local landfills.

 

Trash Pick-Up Schedule Brush Pick-Up Schedule
Mondays-Thursdays are trash pickup. Call for the schedule for your address.

Starting September 1, 2009, trash pick-up will be once-a-week. Residents will receive a 96-gallon trash can at no additional charge for this purpose. Should a resident require an additional can for trash pick-up, a $5 fee per month per extra can will be charged to the resident's water bill.

Brush is picked up everyday. If your brush has not picked up that week, please be patient as our staff is working hard to cover all of East Ridge. Call the Sanitation Department to find out when brush pick-up is for your area.
